From handcrafted serveware to Mini Mokes, gym equipment to beach toys, back-of-house tools to bespoke games tables, we procure it all. If it belongs in your home, resort, or retreat, we can source it beautifully, functionally, and flawlessly.

While OS&E is our primary focus, we can absolutely assist with select FF&E items, such as lighting, occasional furniture, or decorative accents, especially where they support the overall functionality of a space. For full FF&E packages, we’re happy to collaborate with your interior designer or existing suppliers. If you don’t yet have one, we can recommend trusted, design-led professionals from our network who align with your style and project goals.
Yes. We frequently source bespoke and artisan-made items, from custom serveware, handwoven textiles, and cabinetry inserts to games tables, decorative accessories, and more. We also coordinate personalised pieces such as embroidered linens, engraved drinkware, monogrammed towels, handmade signage, and even custom vehicle plates, always crafted to suit the style and setting of the property. If it can be made beautifully, we can source it.

If not, we ensure the property is intuitively arranged and fully operational for your personal use or incoming guests.
