What’s the typical timeline for an OS&E project?

Every project is unique. Smaller or more straightforward scopes can take as little as 3–6 months, while larger, multi-phase projects, particularly in remote or high-spec locations may span over several years. We work backward from your key milestones and manage all stages of procurement accordingly, offering rush services and staged deliveries where needed.

Can you work with our existing interior designer or architect?

Absolutely. We collaborate regularly with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure OS&E integrates seamlessly with the wider vision and build schedule.

Do you offer standalone logistics or shipping support?

Yes. While most clients work with us from sourcing through installation, we also offer shipping and logistics coordination as a standalone service, especially for clients managing their own purchasing or consolidating from multiple vendors.

Do you only work on full homes/resorts, or can you help with select areas?

We’re happy to support full-property outfitting or focused areas—whether that’s a new kitchen, poolside accessories, a bunk room, or an outdoor gym. Each scope is tailored to your specific needs.

Scope & Services

What exactly is included in OS&E procurement?

Almost anything you can imagine. Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E) includes all the essential and exceptional items that bring a property to life, tableware, luxurious linens, cookware, spa accessories, tools, uniforms, technology, children’s items, storage, safety equipment, and more.

From handcrafted serveware to Mini Mokes, gym equipment to beach toys, back-of-house tools to bespoke games tables, we procure it all. If it belongs in your home, resort, or retreat, we can source it beautifully, functionally, and flawlessly.

Do you also provide FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)?

While OS&E is our primary focus, we can absolutely assist with select FF&E items, such as lighting, occasional furniture, or decorative accents, especially where they support the overall functionality of a space. For full FF&E packages, we’re happy to collaborate with your interior designer or existing suppliers. If you don’t yet have one, we can recommend trusted, design-led professionals from our network who align with your style and project goals.

Do you source custom or artisan-made pieces?

Yes. We frequently source bespoke and artisan-made items, from custom serveware, handwoven textiles, and cabinetry inserts to games tables, decorative accessories, and more. We also coordinate personalised pieces such as embroidered linens, engraved drinkware, monogrammed towels, handmade signage, and even custom vehicle plates, always crafted to suit the style and setting of the property. If it can be made beautifully, we can source it.

Can you help determine what quantities we need (par stock planning)?

Absolutely. We recommend par stock levels based on your predicted guest occupancy, property size, staffing, and location ensuring you’re never under or over-stocked, even in remote settings.

Do you install and style the OS&E items on site?

Yes. We offer full on-site delivery, installation, and post-installation styling support. Every item is carefully placed, labelled, organised, and ready for immediate use. If you have staff, we provide a seamless handover including user manuals, setup guidance, and walk-throughs whether your team has been involved from the start or is being introduced for an opening. If not, we ensure the property is intuitively arranged and fully operational for your personal use or incoming guests.

Do you work internationally?

Yes. While many of our projects are in the Caribbean and Europe, we’re experienced in international procurement, shipping, and on-site installation around the world.

What locations do you specialise in?

We specialise in remote and refined destinations particularly the British Virgin Islands, Bahamas, and wider Caribbean. Our founder spent the best part of a decade managing operations on Moskito and Necker Islands and brings deep knowledge of the logistics, customs, and operational realities of these environments.

Can you coordinate shipping and customs in remote destinations?

Yes. We manage freight forwarding, customs coordination, and local delivery across complex shipping routes. Our longstanding relationships with trusted consolidators, barge operators, and customs brokers help keep things smooth and efficient.

Do I have to use your preferred suppliers and brokers?

Not at all. While we have a trusted network, we’re happy to work with vendors or brokers of your choosing. Our priority is creating a smooth, tailored process that suits your team.

What are your fees?

Our fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the total goods procured and vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. We’d be happy to provide a personalised proposal following an initial consultation.

Do your trade relationships offer value?

Yes. We extend our preferential trade pricing directly to clients, and in many cases, these savings help to offset our fee.

Do you have a minimum project size?

There’s no strict minimum, but our services are best suited to projects requiring comprehensive or design-led sourcing. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to discuss whether it’s the right fit.

Do you work with property managers or estate teams?

Yes. We frequently work alongside estate managers, house managers, and operational staff to outfit homes behind the scenes—whether during an opening, refurbishment, or seasonal reset. We can manage the full procurement process or step in as needed to streamline sourcing, consolidate orders, and ensure everything is installed, organised, and ready for use. We also provide operational recommendations, user guides, and smooth handovers to ensure the property runs efficiently from day one.
